General informations:
- Usually we do ship to all european countries. We are able to ship to nearly every country but usually shipping outside Europe does not pay because of high shipping-cost (more than € 100,-). (Shipping outside EU may causes additional costs, e.g. duty, clearance).
- We can ship within 24 h.
- Payment can be done by bank-SWIFT in advance or by COD (cash on delivery). (Depends on destination country.)
- Shipping costs depend on amount, destination and shipping-speed. Shipping within Europe is ca. €/pc 50,- to 150,-.

- VAT-ID (if your company is located in EU)
- Transformers power (900 VA or 3000 VA) and amount
- Prefered delivery time (e.g. "fastest shipment" (very expensive) or "within one week" (less expensive))
- Prefered payment-way (COD or bank-SWIFT)
